Privacy Protection
Feel free to share your own experiences.
Do not share other participants’ experiences without their explicit consent.
Make sure to participate privately, keeping non-group members out of earshot and out of frame.
Punctuality
Join the sessions on time.
In case you may be late, inform Oded via private message ASAP.
Should you not be able to join, kindly refrain from announcing it publicly. Communicate all attendance-related issues in a private message to Oded.
Don’t leave a meeting mid-session by surprise without a Closing Clearing. Inform about your limited availability in the Opening Clearing, or send Oded a message should you need to leave unexpectedly.
Modest Dressing Code
No tight or revealing clothes. Wear nothing shorter than short sleeves.
Wear long pants, or keep your knees outside the video frame.
Online Presence
Enter the session peacefully.
Keep your microphone muted as you arrange.
Open your camera only once you’re calm and settled.
Your Zoom alias should at least include your first name.
Should you need to close your camera, kindly place your picture instead.
Be mindful of the state of your microphone - muted/unmuted.
Keep your microphone muted while you’re not speaking.
“Noble Silence” on Video
Choose a quiet location.
Make sure your face is well-lit.
Keep your visual background orderly and aesthetically pleasing.
Don’t walk around with your phone or computer.
Refrain from eating during the session, especially not on camera.
Refrain from waving your hands, walking away from the camera, rocking your chair, or fidgeting with objects.
“Right Speech”
Communicate with goodwill, mutual respect, and compassion.
Listen deeply, allowing the complete and uninterrupted expression of ideas.
Abstain from lying, divisive speech, abusive speech, or idle chatter.
Refrain from giving advice or solving other people’s problems.

Approval for Recording
By default, we record all meetings on audio and video.
Recordings can be paused or censured upon your request.
Personal sharings are never published without explicit approval.
Public videos of TMI discussions may feature your voice and first name.
Your face will not be visible without your prior request.
Unedited classes, available for group members only, may include your video as well.
Minimize Potential Distractions
Avoid interacting with your phone during the meeting.
Shut your phone down, or turn on Airplane/Silent mode.
Inform your household members of your limited availability.
Do not interact with non-group members mid-session.
Do your best to minimize interference from your pets.
