SUFFERING ENDS HERE.

We’re here to train the mind through meditation, with a clear intent to realize the highest goal of the spiritual path - liberation from suffering, also known as Awakening or Enlightenment.

If you’d like to meet the challenges of life with growing clarity and equanimity, to the point of finding True Peace, we’d be happy to have you with us.

WELCOME TO MIND MUAR

Welcome, and Happy Eternal Now. My name is Oded, founder of Mind Muar. I invite you to watch this short video (or read the text below), where I introduce our international meditation group and the method we practice.

We’re here to train the mind through meditation, with a clear and unapologetic intent to realize the highest goal of the spiritual path: liberation from suffering, also known as Awakening or Enlightenment.

Meditator in a bright library, surrounded by symbols of the five senses and circular views of a dog, birds, tea, bread, and running water.

We’ll methodically investigate reality and the mind that perceives it until their true nature is revealed in a series of profound Insights. From that newfound clarity arise lasting happiness and True Peace.

The way that leads us there is The Playful Path to Awakening, an effective meditation method I developed, inspired by The Mind Illuminated and the work of my teacher, Culadasa. Step by step, it guides us from our very first meditation session all the way to Awakening and the end of suffering.

The process is simple, logical, and achievable by anyone, including you. You don’t have to join a monastery or spend long years in isolation. It’s enough to commit to a diligent daily practice as part of the life you already lead, and you may complete the path in a surprisingly short time. For some of my students, it happened within 2 to 4 years.

Training the mind is a lot like training the body. If you believe that lifting weights makes you stronger, you can also trust that well-structured meditation will make you more resilient. You’ll meet the challenges of life with growing clarity and equanimity, eventually reaching a point where suffering is no longer part of your experience.

If you see yourself taking this journey, let’s meet.
